LED flood lights

1. Pre-Installation Considerations

● Unpack and check the product carefully.

The peak current of a common LED is maintained at 80 mA, and the reverse voltage is at or above 6 V. In LED applications, attention should be paid to the peak voltage and current at which the circuit is designed.

●The use of voltage below 25 watts when soldering, soldering iron only control 300 degrees Celsius below the exposed SMD LED at high temperatures, do not squeeze its epoxy part, or wipe with a sharp hard object, because LED lamps are very It is fragile and extremely vulnerable, so the welding time is 3 seconds.

2.Installation Steps of LED Floodlight :

●LED floodlights are generally used for outdoor landscape lighting, so the work is not a single lamp alone, but many LED floodlights work at the same time, so it is generally necessary to install multiple LED floodlights at the same time. Lights, first install the guardrail during installation, and make holes in the wall, the spacing is generally within 3 cm according to actual requirements.

●After the guardrail is installed, it is necessary to do anti-static measures for the lamps. For example, the workbench should be grounded. The installer should wear the corresponding electrostatic clothing. The anti-static measures must be in place because the quality of the LED floodlights of different grades is different. The antistatic ability is different.

●installation attention to sealing, poor sealing, diameter affects the life of LED floodlights, because LED floodlights work outdoors, the working environment is relatively harsh, if its sealing performance is not good, then it is possible to enter the water, naturally Its service life will not last long.

●During the installation process, the LED floodlight wiring should not exceed 25 cm. The power of the transformer can be lengthened accordingly, otherwise the brightness of the floodlight will be affected.

location in the construction drawing design, and lock the screw.

the mains”L” and “N”respectively, yellow-green wire

to the ground wire. Confirm correct connection, and

switch on the power.

4.Vertical Installation Methods:(Figure B)

● Cut holes in the wall and install the floodlights on the wall.

●Expansion screws mounted, fix led floodlights with nut locking on the wall, as shown in figure B. Figure D

●Adjust the lamp body for the desired light angle.

●Finally, connect the blue wire and brown wire to the mains “L” and “N” respectively,

yellow-green wire to the ground wire. Confirm correct connection, and switch on the

power.

5: PIR Installation Methods

● Cut holes in the wall and install the floodlights on the wall.
