Industrial LED lighting

Industrial LED lighting refer to the general name of lamps and lanterns used in the production and operation areas of factories, mines, warehouses and high ceilings. Besides the various lamps used in the normal environment, there are also explosion-proof lamps and anti-corrosion lamps used in special environments

In order to meet the visual needs of different production operations and the needs of installation conditions of lamps, reflectors of industrial lighting should be able to produce light distribution of various widths and widths.

Surface painting, glazing to make it white, and with aluminum, glass mirror, prism glass and other materials made of reflectors, can get wide light distribution, suitable for a large area, working face vertical or nearly vertical workplace. For tall workshops and placeswith tall machine tools that need separate lighting, reflectors made of materials with strong light-controlling properties such as prism glass, mirror glass and polished aluminum can be used to obtain narrow beam distribution.

In order to work reliably in dusty and humid places, there are special requirements for structural design, shell and reflector of industrial and mining lamps.

Closed lamps or convection lamps with upward light passage should be used in dusty environment (see picture); Pay attention to the sealing of the shell and the surface treatment of the reflector in the humid environment; General indoor commonly used open type lamps and lanterns, the use of enamel surface reflector, surface alumina film thicker or coated with silicon dioxide protective film aluminum reflector;

Considering the inevitable vibration in the production site, the fixed light source should adopt anti-loose lamp holder, etc. There are a variety of fixed mining lamps. General floodlight has suction top, embed, condole to install (use straight pipe or chain) wait for a form with suction wall. Portable local lights are equipped with corresponding hooks, handles, clamps, etc. Fixed local floodlight is locked firmly on working machine with screw or fixing mechanism commonly.
