Xi'an Zhihai Power Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, initially focused on advanced power supply solutions. Served major national clients including China Guodian, China Mobile, and Comba Telecom.

Implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system, reinforcing our long-term commitment to quality.

Entered the LED lighting industry, applying core strengths in electronics and thermal management to lighting innovation.

Developed the distinctive Genius Series floodlights, featuring an all-in-one integrated structure, die-cast aluminum housing, combined lens-reflector optics, and stainless steel bracket—ushering in a new era of industrial lighting aesthetics and durability.

Launched the industry's first 400W high-power LED floodlight, driven by our proprietary power technology—far ahead of the typical sub-200W market offerings at the time. It quickly became a market success.

Secured a large number of core patents covering LED chip packaging, power control systems, and luminaire structural design. To date, Razorlux holds over 200 national and international patents, strengthening our long-term technological leadership.

Gained global exposure through international exhibitions such as HKTDC, Benelux Marine Expo, and Canada Marine Exhibition, establishing Razorlux’s reputation overseas.

Released the Genius II Series (model: RGL2) as an upgrade of the original Genius line. The new design introduced a separated driver box, improved heat dissipation, higher lumen efficacy (up to 150 lm/W), and a more compact yet powerful structure (up to 600W in a 460×390mm body). This version also featured a stainless steel adjustable bracket, professional protection covers, and a multi-lamp system for higher output.
In the same year, Razorlux also obtained UL certification, further enabling access to the North American market.

Officially rebranded from Zhihai to Razorlux, with the new brand trademarked in China, USA, Europe, and Hong Kong—a key milestone in our global branding journey.

Established a strategic distribution partnership in Norway, marking our official entry into the Nordic market. We introduced the RGLM Series, a marine-grade lighting solution purpose-built for the harsh environments of Northern Europe. Our product portfolio expanded to include more robust models up to 1200W, along with explosion-proof and tri-proof lights.

Received RMRS certification, enabling application of our marine lighting products to Russian Register-compliant vessels and platforms.

To support business expansion and increasing demand, we relocated to a new and larger facility, significantly upgrading both our R&D and manufacturing capacity.

Continued active presence in global exhibitions; strengthened brand visibility in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific through strategic marketing and certification campaigns.

Initiated development of a portable EV charging device that allows users to charge their electric vehicles from household power outlets—opening a new chapter in clean energy and personal charging freedom.
