We have TüV-certified testing facilities and are working on thermal management research with Xi’an Jiaotong University.

Q: What is the real life in hours?

A: L70 rated life is 60,000 hours (approx. 10 years of 16 hours/day operation). This is the moment when the output drops to 70% of the starting lumens. Driver components have a lifespan of over 100,000 hours in regulated temperature settings.

Q: How do I figure out how many fixtures I need?

A: Depending on the mounting height, needed lux levels and area size. For general area lighting a reference is 4x800W on 30 m poles lighting up around 10,000 m2 (15-20 lux).

Q: Will this withstand the voltage surges of backup generators?

A: Yeah. The broad input range (90-305V AC) has built-in surge suppression suitable for 10kV transients. For facilities with frequent generator switching or poor grid connections, whole-facility surge protection is recommended.

Q: How much may the dimming range be?

A: Standard models include 0-10v dimming (10-100% range). DALI and DMX512 protocols for theatrical or architectural applications needing scene management. Dimming decreases energy consumption in proportion and increases the lifetime of LEDs.

Q: What's the lead time for custom voltage or beam angles?

A: Standard configurations (120-277V, common beam angles) ship within 3-5 business days. Custom specifications require 4-6 weeks for production with minimum order quantities of 10-20 units depending on modification scope.
