IP65 version Weatherproof against rain and dust. Upgrade to IP67 if your site is exposed to:

Before every fixture is sent it is subjected to four levels of validation:

1. Photometric Testing (100% of units)

Lumens, CCT and CRI as specified and verified using integrating sphere measurements (±5% tolerance per IESNA LM-79).

2. Burn-In Cycles (24-48 hours)

Automated systems cycle voltage between 90V and 300V and check for driver failure or solder joint fractures. This avoids 99.2% of early-life failures.

3. Environmental Simulation

IP67 units are dipped for 1 hour at 1m depth. All models are spray tested for 15 minutes at 100L/min (IP66 equivalent). Thermal chambers cycle between +50 °C and -30 °C.

4. Surge Immunity Testing
