- Product Description
Outdoor Dimmable Flood Lights - 210W Industrial LED Lighting
Product Overview
Razorlux 210W Outdoor Ceiling Flood Lights are 130LM/W efficient and can be used in business and industry. These lights can take a wide range of voltages (AC90-305V, DC127-431V), have seven beam angle options (15° to 140°x60°), and are weatherproof up to IP67. They save energy and keep the quality of the light the same at all dimming levels. They can be adjusted from 0 to 100% using 0-10V or DALI control.
Key Features:
· 210W of power, 27,300 lumens
· 15KG net weight for the stainless steel base
· Color temperature can be changed from 2700K to 6500K.
· 5-year guarantee, more than 50,000-hour life span
· Certified by UL, DLC, and CE

Core Advantages
1. Wide Voltage Compatibility
With two input options (AC90-305V and DC127-431V), a single SKU can be used in a number of different power sources. It can be used in both grid-connected and off-grid solar systems, and it doesn't need voltage-specific types.
2. Flicker-Free Dimming Performance
At all lighting settings, flicker can't be seen because of constant current reduction technology. Outdoor Ceiling Flood Light has been tested to work with high-speed tools and security cams. Keeps the color the same from 100% output to 10% output.
3. Flexible Beam Control
There are seven optical configurations that can be installed at the factory:
· Only 15° to 30° wide: tall buildings, flagpoles, and signs
· Medium (40°–60°): Parking lots and building sides
· Wide (120° to 140°x60°): Open yards, sports fields
4. Heavy-Duty Construction
Things that have an IP67 grade can handle water jets and dust going in. The stainless steel fixing plate (C5M grade) is not affected by coastal rust. It always works, even when it's -40°C to +60°C outside.
5. Extended Lifespan Design
Thanks to built-in thermal control, the temperature at the LED junction never gets too high. The L70 lasts longer than 50,000 hours when used normally. Parts last even longer when they are dimmed.

Application Scenarios
Industrial & Manufacturing
High-bay warehouse lighting with daylight harvesting. Dim to 30% during low-activity periods to reduce energy consumption while maintaining safety illumination levels.
Commercial Buildings
Retail centers and office complexes benefit from scene control. Program lighting schedules for operating hours, security mode, and special events through BMS integration.
Sports Facilities
Multi-purpose venues require different brightness for training (60-70%) versus competition (100%). Instant dimming eliminates warm-up delays between modes.

Ports & Logistics
Perimeter security lighting operates at low levels for patrol visibility, increases to full brightness on motion detection. Reduces light pollution during off-peak hours.
Architectural Lighting
Facade illumination with programmable scenes. Create dynamic effects for retail displays or reduce intensity after business hours for energy savings.
Dimming Control Options
0-10V Analog Control
Industry-standard low-voltage control compatible with most building management systems. Control wire distance up to 90 meters using 18AWG cable. Recommended for new installations and retrofit projects.
Wiring: Separate low-voltage control wires from main power lines. Connect control+ to dimmer positive, control- to dimmer negative.
DALI Digital Protocol
Addressable control for complex installations requiring individual fixture monitoring. Two-wire bidirectional communication enables power consumption tracking and fault reporting.
Advantages: Centralized control, remote diagnostics, integration with smart building systems.

PWM Compatibility
Supports trailing-edge phase dimmers for smaller installations. Consult technical specifications for load compatibility before connecting to residential-type dimmers.
Installation Guidelines
Mounting Requirements
· Support structure must bear minimum 20KG load
· Bracket adjusts 180° vertical, 350° horizontal rotation
· Pre-drilled holes fit M12 anchor bolts
· Recommended mounting height: 6-15 meters
Electrical Connection
1. Route power cable through IP67 cable gland
2. Connect L/N/Ground to corresponding terminals
3. For dimming: Connect control wires to separate terminal block
4. Torque all connections per installation manual
Surge Protection
Install surge protection devices (SPD) in these scenarios:
· Coastal installations (lightning exposure)
· Pole-mounted fixtures above 10 meters
· Areas with unstable power supply
Recommended: 10kV SPD on power lines, separate low-voltage SPD on control wires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What dimming control system should I use?
A: For simple installations, 0-10V analog control is cost-effective. For centralized management with 50+ fixtures, DALI protocol provides addressable control and monitoring capabilities.
Q: Does dimming save energy and extend lifespan?
A: Yes. At 50% brightness, power consumption drops to approximately 50%, and LED junction temperature decreases by 10-15°C. This can extend L70 lifespan by 30-50%.
Q: Can I use regular wall dimmers?
A: Standard residential phase-cut dimmers are not recommended for 210W fixtures. Use dedicated 0-10V controllers or DALI systems for reliable performance.
Q: What's the maximum control wire distance?
A: 0-10V control signals travel up to 90 meters using 18AWG copper wire. For longer distances, use DALI protocol or install signal repeaters.
Q: Will these lights flicker on security cameras?
A: No. Our constant current drivers eliminate flicker at all dimming levels. Tested compatible with rolling shutter cameras and high-speed video equipment.
Q: What beam angle should I choose?
A: Narrow beams (15°-30°) for tall structures or accent lighting. Medium beams (40°-60°) for building facades. Wide beams (120°-140°) for area lighting and sports fields. contact us for photometric calculations.
Q: Are replacement parts available?
A: Yes. We maintain spare parts inventory for 7 years post-production. Drivers, lenses, and brackets ship within 48 hours.
Q: How do I maintain the fixtures?
A: Clean lenses every 6 months with mild detergent. Inspect cable glands annually for seal integrity. Check mounting bolts for corrosion in coastal environments.
