1. Thermal Management System

The issue with most Led installations: Warm murders LEDs. Ineffectively planned heatsinks cause 80% of untimely failures.

Our solution(Patent #ZL201810234567.8):

·Graphene-enhanced aluminum warm sink (32% better thermal conductivity)

·Separated driver compartment (driver runs 15°C cooler)

·CFD-optimized blade plan (verified in 1000-hour thermal cycle testing)

Result: Intersection temperature remains underneath 85°C indeed at 45°C surrounding (industry normal: 95-110°C)

2. Power Supply Reliability

Our foundation: We fabricated mechanical control supplies 1998-2006 some time recently entering Led lighting. This isn't outsourced—we plan each driver.

Q: What's the actual weight with Packaging?

A: 18kg including wood crate. One person can handle installation, but we recommend two for safety at heights.

Q: Can I use standard mounting brackets?

A: No. We include custom brackets designed for the weight distribution. Using generic brackets voids the warranty and creates safety risks.

Q: Do you provide aiming angles?

A: Yes. Our photometric design service includes specific aiming angles for each fixture location (elevation and azimuth).

Q: What gauge wire do I need?

A: For 1000W at 220V: minimum 3x2.5mm² up to 50m run, 3x4mm² for 50-100m. See detailed electrical guide in documentation.

Dimming & Control

Q: Can I integrate with building management systems?

A: Yes via DALI. We've successfully integrated with Siemens, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls BMS platforms.
