Q:What kinds of dimmers do your lights work with?

A: Most business setups use 0-10V analogue dimming, which is supported by standard types. For other jobs, we can also do PWM control and digital programmable DALI. All of the methods offer fading that is smooth and doesn't flicker from 10% to 100%.

Q:Do you think that extreme temperatures will hurt these lights?

A: Not at all. It can work in temperatures from -40°C to +50°C and has built-in heat safety. If the internal temperature gets close to the limits, the driver temporarily lowers the output and then restores full power when it cools down. So, damage is avoided while light is kept on.

Q: Can I change the light bulbs without having to rewire?

A: Most likely, yes. The input power range of 90V to 305V AC makes it compatible with most business and industrial electricity systems. Standard fastening designs work with popular places to put things together. We give you technical drawings to make sure they work together before you buy.

Q: Do you help with lighting design?
