Can I use this if the power isn't stable?

Yes. The wide input range (AC 90–305V) can handle changes in power without any problems. Lightning strikes are protected against by built-in surge protection (6-20kV). There's no need for additional stabilisers.

Is fading possible?

Yes. When you place your order, you can choose 0-10V, PWM, or DALI dimming, which changes how the driver is set up. 10 to 100% dimming range. Performance that is smooth and doesn't flicker, good for camera and broadcast settings.
