Razorlux’s 300W Floodlight replaces 1000W metal halide systems, offering 70% energy savings and no warm-up time. Featuring 39,000 lumens at 130LM/W, this light can withstand high temperatures (-40°C to +60°C), unstable power (AC90-305V) and corrosive conditions with IP67 + C5M marine-grade protection.

Wide Voltage Tolerance

Operation at AC 90-305V or DC 127-431V without extra stabilizers. Great for industrial zones with unreliable supply or distant off-grid applications using solar/generator power.

Marine-Grade Corrosion Resistance

The C5M certification and the stainless steel 316 mounting hardware are resistant to salt spray, chemical exposure and high humidity situations. IP67 sealing protects interior components when pressure cleaning.

How can I choose the right beam angle?

Tell us the mounting height, the size of the area and the needed lux levels. Free photometric calculations from AGI32 or Dialux software to get the best setting.

Can these lights be dimmed?

Standard models can not be dimmed . We can provide 0-10V and DALI dimming as a bespoke option (MOQ 50 units). Lead time adds 7-10 days for integration of dimming driver.

How long do they live in hot climates?

Rated 50,000 hrs to L70 (70% lumen maintenance) at 25°C ambient. 35,000-40,000 hours in continuous +60°C conditions. Thermal management design avoids catastrophic failure even at temperature extremes.

Do you provide technical help for installation?

Yes. photometric reports, IES files and mounting advice we provide For projects with more than 200 fixtures, we may provide on-site commissioning help (travel fees apply).

What is the lead time for bespoke color temperature or wattage?

Standard setups (5000K, 300W) delivery in 15-20 business days. Custom specifications need 7-10 days for sample approval, then 20-25 days for manufacturing runs of 100+ pieces.
