Product Overview

The Razorlux 600W Powerful Led Flood Light gives off 78,000 lumens and 130LM/W of light, so it can be used in factories, ports and building projects. You can use it with AC90-305V or DC127-431V voltages, and it's waterproof up to IP67. You can also change the beam angle from 15° to 140°×60°.

Over 40 countries have bought LED lighting solutions from Razorlux since 2006. These have been used in industries, mines, and shipping ports. It has been proven that our parts will work for more than 50,000 hours in temperatures from -40°C to +60°C.

Performance Features

Advanced Thermal Management

Our heat dissipation system uses precisely machined aluminium fins and thermal interface materials that we've developed over 18 years of making power supplies (1998–2006). Tests done by a third party show that junction temperatures stay below 85°C at room temperature of 40°C.

· Data on measured lifespans:

· 50,000 hours or more to L70 (keeps 70% of initial output)

· 1 in 30,000 hours (based on installations in the field from 2019 to 2024) will fail.

Dual Voltage Input System

The built-in driver can automatically switch between AC (90–305V) and DC (127–431V) input. Built-in 10kV surge safety keeps you safe from power spikes that happen in:

·Generator-powered digging spots that are far away

·Boats that can use different amounts of shore power

·Industries that have a lot of big machinery to start up

Testing with salt spray (ASTM B117) shows that sites near the coast will not rust for 1000 hours or more.

Container Terminals

Problem: Crane workers who work at heights of 20 to 30 meters need stable lights 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Answer: In 2021, 40 600W lights with a 20° beam angle were put in at a port in Southeast Asia. 150–200 lux of light were measured at ground level, which is more than the 100 lux standard for ISO 8995 port terminals.

Open-Pit Mining

Open-pit mining is hard because you have to keep digging even when it's -30°C outside and there is a lot of dust and shaking.

Solution: Fixtures with an IP67 rating and stronger mounting brackets were put in place at a copper mine in Mongolia in 2020.

The results are:

· Working in cold weather as low as -35°C

· The polycarbonate glass hasn't cracked after being exposed to vibrations for 4 years.

· Wide voltage range (90–305V AC) works with generator power that isn't stable.

Steel Manufacturing Plant

High temperatures (up to 50°C) and dust in the outdoor storage yards are problems at the steel manufacturing plant.

Answer: Eighty 600W lights with a 60° beam angle for a 15,000 yard installation in 2022.

The results are:

Stays at 75,000 lumens or more in 50°C environments

CRI >75 makes it possible to accurately identify steel grade by colour

Instant-on (vs. 10-minute metal halide warm-up) makes emergency reaction better.

Q:What does 130LM/W economy mean in real life?

A: Luminous effectiveness is a way to check how well electricity makes light that we can see. It takes 600W to make 78,000 lumens, which is 130 lumens per watt. A metal halide lamp that is similar needs 1000W to make the same amount of light, which is 40% more power.

Q:Can I use these lights in dangerous places with strong air? 

A: Neither ATEX nor IECEx have cleared our basic model for use in places where explosives are present. Please contact us for special versions that can be used in Class I Division 2 or Zone 2 places, like chemical plants and oil refineries.

Q: How do I choose between IP65 and IP67 ratings?

A:

· IP65: Protection against water jets. Suitable for most outdoor installations (rain, snow)

· IP67: Submersion protection to 1m depth. Required for areas with flooding risk, pressure washing, or marine deck mounting

For typical industrial use, IP65 is sufficient. Coastal and marine applications should specify IP67.

Q: What's the expected lifespan in high-temperature environments?

A: Rated lifespan (50,000+ hours to L70) assumes 25°C ambient temperature. In constant 40°C conditions, lifespan reduces to approximately 40,000 hours. Our thermal management system is designed for continuous operation up to 50°C ambient, though accelerated LED degradation occurs above 40°C.

Q: Do you offer photometric (IES) files for lighting design software?

A: Yes. IES files for all beam angle configurations are available for download on our website or by request. Files are compatible with AGi32, DIALux, and Relux software for accurate lighting simulations.
