The Waterpoof IP67 Reflector Flood Light 100w Outdoor Ex Proof Led Flood Light (Model R EP-J-100) provides powerful illumination and is certified safe for hazardous industrial situations. This fixture is designed for use in Zone 1/2 hazardous locations such as oil refineries, chemical plants and offshore platforms and is IP67 waterproof rated and Ex d IIB/IIC explosion-proof rated. It is a replacement for 250W-400W HID bulbs, providing an efficiency of 130-150 lm/W and saving up to 70% on energy expenses.

Explosion-Proof Design for Hazardous Zones

Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 and Zone 22 applications granted.  The flame-path joints and sealed construction help prevent any internal sparks from igniting any exterior combustible gas or particles. UL844, IECEx and ATEX Compliant.

IP67 Waterproof Protection

Totally dust tight and submersible in water (30 minutes at 1 metre depth). Ideal for outdoor installations exposed to rain, high pressure washdowns or coastal environments.

Replaces 250W-400W HID bulb and uses just 100W. Operating expenditures are kept low by the high power factor (>0.95) and 130-150 lm/W efficacy, without any compromise on light quality.

ADC12 Aluminium Heat Sink with Fins for excellent heat dissipation and constant LED junction temperature. Extends working life to over 50,000 hours and minimises maintenance requirements.

Precision Optical Control

High quality aluminium reflectors for constant light dispersion with adjustable beam angles (60°/90°/120°). For broad area utilisation, less glare and dark regions removed.

Marine-Grade Corrosion Resistance

1000 hour salt spray test. The powder coated finish is resistant to harsh marine atmospheres, chemical attack and high temperatures (-40°C to +55°C).

Will it replace 400W Metal Halides?

Yes.  The 100W output LED (13,000-16,000 lm) is equal to or better than 400W HID lights, while lowering energy usage by 75%.

What is the difference between IP67 and IP68 ?

IP67 (temporary immersion 1m/30min) protects against IP68, permanent immersion allowed. This fitting is IP67 for outdoor applications with occasional water exposure.

Which beam angle should I choose?

· 60°: Focused illumination for targeted areas

· 90°: General area lighting (most common for 8-12m mounting heights)

· 120°: Wide coverage for open yards or low-ceiling spaces

Is dimming available?

Yes. Optional 0-10V and DALI dimming protocols integrate with facility control systems.
