Boat Deck Lights - Built for the Harshest SeasKeep Your Crew Safe with Lighting That Won't Quit
Working night shifts on deck? You require lights that can handle saltwater splash, motor vibrations, and solidifying temperatures—without falling flat when you require them most.
This isn't another cheap marine light. Our boat deck light has been tried on commercial angling vessels from The frozen north to the South China Sea for over 8 a long time. It's the same lighting trusted by seaward oil stages where disappointment isn't an option.
What makes it different:
· 19,500 lumens (shinning sufficient to work securely in any conditions)
· Survives -40°C Cold winters to +55°C tropical heat
· 15kg fortified lodging chuckles at wave impacts and vibrations
· 5-year guarantee (we really honor it—ask our clients)

Will This Light Work on Your Boat?
Commercial Fishing Vessels
Light up your aft deck, processing areas, and net reels. The 60° flood beam eliminates shadows where crew work with gear. No more dark corners during night hauls.
Offshore Platforms & Service Boats
Meets offshore safety standards (RMRS certified). Runs on unstable generator power (AC 90-305V / DC 127-431V) without flickering or burning out.
Patrol & Rescue Boats
Instant full brightness—no warm-up time. Won't interfere with your VHF radio or GPS (EMI shielded).
Shipyards & Repair Docks
140°×60° wide beam option covers entire hull sections. Welders and inspectors get shadow-free light without glare.

Why Razorlux Instead of [Generic Brand]?
We've been building boat deck lights since 2008(not a rebranded import company)
Real marine engineering:
· 15kg heat sink keeps LED junction temps below 85°C (most lights overheat and fail early)
· Tinned copper wiring prevents corrosion "wicking" through cables
· Vibration tested to 10G (survives hull slamming in Sea State 6)
We actually test our stuff:
· 1,000+ hours salt spray testing (ASTM B117)
· Thermal shock cycles from -20°C to +50°C
· Independent lab reports available on request

Common Questions
"Will it survive pressure washing?"
Yes. IP67 rating means it's fully sealed. We've tested it with 2,000 PSI washdown—no leaks.
"What if my boat's electrical system is unstable?"
That's exactly why we built the wide voltage tolerance (90-305V AC). It handles generator switchovers and voltage spikes without damage.
"316 vs 304 stainless—does it really matter?"
Absolutely. 304 steel pits and corrodes in saltwater within months. 316 has added molybdenum that resists corrosion for years. That's why we use 316 exclusively.
"Will this mess with my navigation electronics?"
No. The driver has EMI shielding to prevent radio interference (meets CISPR 25 standards).
"How long will it actually last?"
The LED chips are rated for 50,000 hours. In real-world marine conditions, expect 8-10 years of reliable service. We warranty it for 5 years.
"Can I get red lights for night vision?"
Yes. We offer custom color temperatures (2700K-6500K) and can configure red or blue wavelengths for specialized applications.
