Marine Flood Lights - Professional LED Lighting Solutions for Marine Applications
Need lighting that survives saltwater, vibration, and non-stop operations?
Our marine flood lights have illuminated vessels from Arctic fishing trawlers to Middle East cargo ships since 2006. Here's why maritime operators choose Razorlux:
270W power, 130 lumens/watt efficiency – 60% less energy than 500W halogens
IP67 waterproof + 316 stainless steel – Survives high-pressure washdowns
7 beam angle options – From spotlights (15°) to wide deck coverage (120°)
5-year warranty with advance replacement – No waiting weeks for parts
RMRS marine certified – Meets international vessel safety standards

Designed for Marine Punishment
Triple-Layer Protection System
1. Saltwater Armor
316 marine-grade stainless steel housing (same material as yacht rigging) resists corrosion even in tropical salt spray. C5M rating = highest corrosion resistance class.
2. Shock Absorption
Engineered mounting bracket handles 3-5G vibration (tested to automotive standards). No loosening from engine vibration or wave impacts.
3. Waterproof Seal
IP67-rated gaskets keep electronics dry through deck washdowns and storm flooding. Optional IP69K version available for extreme conditions.
Technical Note: What's IP67? The fixture can be submerged in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes without damage. IP69K adds protection against high-pressure steam cleaning.

Perfect Applications for Your Vessel
Cargo & Container Ships
· Crane boom lighting – Illuminate loading zones during night port operations
· Deck floodlights – Shadow-free coverage for safe crew movement
· Recommended: 60° beam for general deck areas, 30° for focused crane work
Fishing & Trawling Vessels
· Processing deck lights – High CRI (color accuracy) helps identify fish species
· Net handling zones – Wide 120° beam eliminates dangerous shadows around winches
· Recommended: IP67 minimum (upgrade to IP69K if you process oily fish)
Offshore Platforms
· Helipad perimeter – Meets aviation authority brightness standards
· Walkway safety lighting – Low-glare options reduce eye strain for night shifts
· Recommended: DC voltage models for rig electrical systems
Search & Rescue
· Fast deployment – Instant-on (no warmup delay)
· Radio-friendly – EMC certified to prevent interference with VHF/AIS/GPS
· Recommended: 140°x60° asymmetric beam for water surface scanning

Common Questions from Vessel Operators
"Will these really last 10 years? Our halogens die every season."
Yes – the LED modules are solid-state (no filament to break). We've had fixtures running since 2012 in the North Sea still operating at 90%+ brightness. The 5-year warranty is conservative; typical lifespan is 50,000+ hours.
"Can they handle our 110V ship power AND 24V backup generator?"
Absolutely. The built-in power supply auto-adjusts to anything from AC 90-305V or DC 127-431V. No manual switching needed – it detects voltage automatically.
"How do I choose the right beam angle?"
Rule of thumb:
· Narrow (15-30°): Long-distance pier lighting, spotlighting specific work zones
· Medium (60°): General deck lighting for vessels under 30m wide
· Wide (120°): Broad area coverage, minimizes number of fixtures needed
