Floodlight Masts - Industrial High-Power Lighting Systems 

Industrial floodlight masts with power ratings between 90W and 1200W are made by Xi'an Razorlux. Our systems are protected by IP67, work at 130LM/W, and are made of stainless steel. These units work with either AC90-305V or DC127-431V inputs, so they can be used in ports, mines, infrastructure projects, and industrial buildings that need reliable outdoor lighting.

Flexible Power Configuration

With nine wattage options ranging from 90W to 1200W, you can perfectly match the power to the needs of the site. Modular design lets you change the capacity in the future without having to replace everything.

Wide Voltage Compatibility

Floodlight Masts can accept both AC90-305V and DC127-431V inputs, so it doesn't need any extra voltage controllers. Suitable for places with unsteady grids, like mine activities or industrial sites that are far away.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

The IP67-sealed housings and C5M-rated stainless steel brackets can handle chemical contact, extreme weather, and salt spray from the coast. Validation in a salt fog chamber for 3000 hours is part of the testing.

Optical Customization

There are seven different beam angles that let you change how the light spreads. An asymmetric 140°×60° design keeps ground-level consistency and cuts down on light spill in urban settings.

Thermal Management

The built-in heat absorption system keeps the LED junction temperature below 85°C at 40°C air, which guarantees an estimated L70 lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Where These Systems Work

Port & Marine Terminals

Areas where containers are handled need lighting that doesn't rust and keeps things visible in fog and salt spray. Our IP67 enclosures and C5M stainless steel construction have been used in Shanghai Yangshan Port since 2018. Maintenance intervals have been pushed back to 36 months from the usual 12 months in the industry.

Mining Operations

Voltage problems and dust getting into open-pit mines are problems. A large input voltage range (90–305V) stops flickering when the grid voltage changes. In places with a lot of dust, IP67 sealing keeps dust out.

Infrastructure & Transportation

130LM/W economy saves money on energy costs compared to standard 100LM/W systems, which are good for highway interchanges and rail yards. Asymmetric beam angles (140°×60°) keep the light from shining into nearby neighbourhoods while still meeting standards for road lighting.

Industrial Facilities

Chemical plants and steel mills require explosion-proof mounting compatibility and chemical-resistant finishes. Our systems integrate with Class I Division 2 explosion-proof junction boxes and feature polyester powder coating resistant to oil, coolant, and mild acids.

Common Questions

Can you provide custom mounting configurations?

Yes. We manufacture trunnion mounts, slip-fitter brackets, and pole-top adapters to customer drawings. Minimum order for custom brackets: 50 units. Lead time: 4 weeks after drawing approval.

How do I calculate the number of masts needed?

Send us site dimensions, required lux levels, and mounting height. Our engineering team will provide DIALux simulation showing luminaire placement, photometric grid, and uniformity ratios within 3 business days.

What voltage should I specify for unstable power grids?

If your site experiences ±15% voltage swings, specify the wide-range AC90-305V driver. For DC systems (solar, battery backup), use DC127-431V option. Both include surge protection to 10kV.

Do you stock replacement drivers?

Yes. All driver models remain in production for minimum 10 years. Current lead time for spare drivers: 5-7 days to most destinations.

What's the actual lifespan in high-temperature environments?

At 40°C ambient (104°F), expect 50,000 hours to L70 (70% initial lumens). At 50°C ambient (122°F), lifespan reduces to approximately 35,000 hours. We recommend 600W maximum for sustained 50°C+ environments.
